Shipping & Returns
Inspect firearms thoroughly before proceeding with the transfer at JB Armament or your selected FFL location. Once a firearm is transferred to you, it is considered used, even if unfired. JB Armament cannot accept returns on firearms once they have been transferred into your possession. Once a firearm is shipped and tracking information is provided, JB Armament is not responsible for any damages or lost products. Every firearm is shipped with insurance to cover the cost of the weapon if damages or issues should arise.
All Firearms will be shipped directly to an FFL of your choice. If local, all Federal Firearms Laws will be followed. Please ensure you can own/possess the firearm you are purchasing or participating in a webinar for. There will not be refunds for Firearms through webinars that you are not allowed to legally possess.
JB Armament does not reimburse FFL transfer fees if you refuse or are denied the firearm(s) transfer. There will be a 50% restocking fee for any Firearms that require a background check and the check comes back denied. No exceptions to this policy.
*If a defect is discovered after the transfer, the firearm should be returned directly to the manufacturer or designated warranty repair facility for replacement or repair (in accordance with the manufacturer’s policy).
